Which service will we provide you with?

  • Coche Conexion Ltd acts as a credit broker and not as a lender.
  • We may introduce you to a panel of carefully selected third-party lenders who may be able to offer finance products to support your vehicle purchase or leasing requirements.
  • The finance products available through our lender panel may vary depending on individual circumstances, eligibility criteria and lender requirements.
  • We will explain the key features of any finance product offered and provide information based on the details you choose to disclose, to assist you in making an informed decision.
  • Coche Conexion Ltd does not provide independent financial advice and is not an Independent Financial Adviser. You are free to seek alternative sources of finance independently if you wish.

What do we charge for our services?

  • You will not be charged a fee by Coche Conexion Ltd for our introduction to a finance provider.
  • We will receive a commission from the lender for introducing you to them. This commission may be a fixed amount or a percentage and may be calculated by reference to factors such as the vehicle model, finance product or amount borrowed.
  • Different lenders may pay different commission amounts.
  • Any commission received by Coche Conexion Ltd will not affect the interest rate or terms of your finance agreement, which are set solely by the lender.
  • Full commission disclosure will be provided where required in accordance with FCA rules.

Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)

Finance agreements arranged through Coche Conexion Ltd are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).

Insurance services

Coche Conexion Ltd does not currently provide or arrange insurance products.

If you are not satisfied with our final response, you may be entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), subject to eligibility criteria and regulatory time limits.

Customer Due Diligence (CDD / ID Checks)

  • As part of our legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, we may request proof of identity and proof of address.
  • This may include, but is not limited to, a valid photo ID and a recent proof of address.
